Questions
Do you limit clicks?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited links and unlimited clicks. A link that goes viral keeps working.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Every link keeps redirecting. You keep what you already set up, like extra custom domains or routing rules; you just can’t add more than the new plan allows. Older analytics are hidden, not deleted, for as long as we kept them.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing breaks. Paid features stay on for 7 days while we retry, and we email you. If payment still fails, the workspace moves to Free until it succeeds. Links never stop working.
Can I try a paid plan first?
Starter, Pro and Business come with a 14-day free trial, once per workspace. Cancel before it ends and you’re not charged.
Is pricing per workspace?
Yes. Each workspace (a brand, a client, a side project) has its own plan. You can own two Free workspaces; paid ones are unlimited.
